Making a booking
1. Provisional booking
We recommend that you contact us first to ascertain that your preferred cabin type is still available. Then you can make a provisional booking, which we will hold for one week (longer if necessary) pending receipt of your completed booking form and deposit.
2. To make a definite booking
Fill in the booking form and send it to us with the deposit (specified on the price chart). It is important that you read the Booking Conditions at this stage, and that you sign the booking form. Full payment is required if you are booking within eight weeks of the cruise.
3. Our confirmation
Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit we shall send you confirmation of your booking. After this your deposit is non-returnable except in the special circumstances mentioned in the Booking Conditions. Further details of the cruise will also be sent at this stage.

Priority booking scheme
Outline details of these cruises and a priority booking scheme were published in April 2007 in MRT News, the Spring Supplement and on this website. Many clients took advantage of this scheme. This may result in some cabin categories being sold out before the brochure reaches the rest of the mailing list or is published online.
